Product Marketing Manager

United States (Remote)

SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to define and execute product marketing strategies that bring our solutions to market in a way that fuels adoption, revenue growth, and customer impact.

You will collaborate closely with product, sales, customer success, brand, and demand generation teams to develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement tools, and integrated campaigns that drive measurable results. This role is both strategic and hands-on—perfect for someone who loves turning insights into action and strategy into scalable execution.

SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $78,000 - $107,000 USD base plus bonuses/commission. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive Product Go-To-Market Strategy: Build and execute GTM plans for new product launches and feature releases, in partnership with product and marketing leadership. Define KPIs and success metrics, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Craft Messaging and Positioning: Develop crisp, differentiated messaging that resonates with our multi-location customers. Translate technical features into compelling benefits and value propositions that support every stage of the funnel
  • Build Sales Enablement & Field Readiness: Create sales tools, decks, battle cards, and training materials to ensure field teams understand the value of our products and can speak confidently about our differentiation
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, demand gen, content, customer marketing, and sales to build integrated campaigns that fuel awareness, demand, and adoption of our platform. Develop and maintain an understanding of how competitors and the broader social media marketing platforms help solve pain points for our target customer
  • Leverage Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay on top of market trends, customer pain points, and competitor movements. Use this insight to shape positioning and proactively identify strategic opportunities
  • Champion the Voice of the Customer: Use qualitative and quantitative insights—including customer interviews, feedback loops, and usage data—to deeply understand buyer needs and inform marketing decisions
  • Optimize Lifecycle Marketing: Support post-launch initiatives to drive feature adoption, upsell opportunities, and retention through targeted campaigns and in-product messaging

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely 
  • Must Have:  
    • A minimum of 2 years of product marketing experience in the technology sector (B2B / Saas/Martech) is a plus 
    • Proven success in bringing products to market and driving adoption through strategic messaging and GTM execution
    • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends, derive insights, and make recommendations
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Comfortable in an agile, fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly
    • Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
  • Desired Skills (but not required):  
    • Strong grasp of customer personas, buyer journeys, and value-based messaging 
    • Experience marketing AI-powered or data-driven products 
    • Familiarity with multi-location marketing or franchise brands 
    • Exposure to tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Productboard, Figma, or Asana 
    • A portfolio of marketing assets or GTM campaigns you've led 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
