
Marketing Demand Generation Coordinator
SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for an experienced Marketing Demand Generation Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for SOCi’s products and services. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of marketing tactics, from email to events to digital campaigns, and work closely with the Demand Generation team to ensure programs are executed smoothly and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer to learn the foundations of demand generation, marketing operations, and campaign execution in a fast-paced, growth-focused AI/SaaS environment.
SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $50,000 - $66,000 CAD base plus bonuses/commission. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assist in the execution of demand generation campaigns, including email, digital ads, webinars, events, and social media.
- Coordinate campaign execution such as asset collection, email list pulls, webinar logistics, and landing page set-up.
- Support email marketing programs by helping with audience segmentation, QA testing, and reporting.
- Partner with the Demand Gen team to maintain campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance, pulling reports, and tracking KPIs.
- Support database management efforts by maintaining contact lists and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams by providing support for lead generation and pipeline development efforts.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and new tactics to support campaign ideation.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the Demand Generation team.
- Be willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Hybrid Opportunity: This role is fully remote until our Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON offices are established. Once the office is in place, it will transition to a hybrid model, with a 50/50 split between remote and in-office work.
- Must Have:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; exposure to marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within B2B AI/SaaS marketing.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent internship/related experience.
