Senior Manager, Product Management

SOCi, the leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Product Management to join our Product team. The Product team defines and delivers the strategy and roadmap for SOCi’s platform, partnering cross-functionally to build innovative, scalable solutions that drive customer value and business growth.

The Senior Manager, Product Management is responsible for leading a defined product area and managing a small team of product managers. This role drives strategy and execution for key platform capabilities, translating company objectives into actionable roadmaps and delivering impactful solutions. The Senior Manager partners closely with engineering, design, product marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful product outcomes and measurable customer value.

SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $150,000 to $195,000 USD. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Own and drive execution of the product strategy for a defined product area or set of features within the broader platform strategy.
  • Translate product strategy and product organization strategy into clear quarterly plans, prioritized backlogs, and actionable requirements for product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Lead day-to-day product discovery and delivery efforts within your team, including writing product briefs to communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Make prioritization decisions within your product area, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact.
  • Manage and develop a small team of product managers, providing coaching, structured feedback, and clear performance expectations.
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership to ensure delivery predictability, quality, and alignment to roadmap commitments.
  • Work directly with customers, prospects, and customer-facing teams to gather feedback and validate solutions.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by ensuring product readiness, internal enablement, and clear articulation of value propositions.
  • Monitor product performance through defined KPIs and recommend iterative improvements based on data and user insights.
  • Escalate cross-product tradeoffs, resource constraints, or strategic conflicts to Director-level leadership with clear recommendations.

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely 

  • Must Have:  
    • 6–8+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven company, with 1–3 years of people management experience.
    • Previous experience working in the Martech or SEO industry.
    • Strong technical acumen with experience working closely with engineering teams on data-driven or platform-based products.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), data technologies, APIs, and modern software architectures.
    • Solid understanding of product management frameworks, agile methodologies, and development processes.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform prioritization and decision-making.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex products from concept to launch.
    • Passion for building customer-centric products and developing high-performing teams.
    • Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
