Partner Marketing Manager

United States (Remote)

SOCi, the leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is currently looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to  build and execute co-marketing campaigns, partner events, enablement, and content that drive pipeline and revenue across SOCi’s reseller, referral, and integration partner ecosystem.

You’ll own programs end to end, equipping partners with the messaging, materials, and campaigns they need to sell SOCi with confidence. This role is ideal for a strategic builder who can turn partner priorities into polished, on-brand campaigns, decks, content, and enablement materials quickly.

You think in outcomes, move fast, and are AI-forward — using modern tools to create partner-ready assets and scale impact beyond what a traditional team size would suggest.

SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $66,000 - $90,000 USD base plus bonuses. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Who We Are

SOCi is redefining how multi-location enterprises achieve local and AI search visibility with the world’s first agentic workforce. Built specifically for distributed brands, SOCi’s brand-trained agents are guided by a unified visibility engine that autonomously executes and optimizes local marketing work across AI search, GEO ecosystems, social, and reviews — ensuring every location is visible, discoverable, and growing in today’s geo-driven landscape. Trusted by leading brands like Ford, Ace Hardware, and Liberty Tax, and recognized by Fast Company as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies, SOCi transforms marketing from software you manage into work that gets done — intelligently, consistently, and at scale.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Partner marketing strategy, campaigns & revenue impact
    • Build and execute SOCi’s partner marketing strategy — co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and co-branded content
    • Activate partner-led customer advocacy — surfacing case studies, referrals, and testimonials that support conversion and prospect confidence
    • Coordinate partner events, sponsorships, and activations against clear ROI and pipeline goals
    • Run MDF (market development funds), SPIFFs, and partner incentive programs day-to-day, tracking spend against return
    • Bring recommendations and simple business cases for where to invest partner marketing effort, with forecasted pipeline impact
  • Partner enablement & content
    • Adapt SOCi’s sales and product materials — decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demos, case studies — into partner-ready, co-branded, and white-labeled versions partners can confidently use to sell SOCi
    • Build repeatable templates and a self-serve resource hub so adaptation scales across many partners without starting from scratch each time
    • Create interactive, self-guided product demos (e.g., Navattic) for partner-led selling and training
    • Develop partner training and onboarding content that keeps product knowledge, positioning, and brand representation consistent across the ecosystem
  • AI-scaled marketing production
    • Use AI tools to draft, adapt, and localize partner marketing and enablement materials faster — turning multi-day asset builds into same-day turnarounds
    • Build and document a reusable library of AI workflows and prompts so the team produces on-brand, partner-ready assets consistently and at scale
  • Program operations
    • Manage partner communications — newsletters, product and roadmap updates, and inputs to business reviews — to drive engagement and retention
    • Serve as a key connection point across Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Brand, keeping partner priorities aligned and surfacing partner feedback to Product

How Success is Measured

  • Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR
  • Partner engagement and program participation across the ecosystem
  • Return on MDF, SPIFFs, and partner incentive spend
  • Speed and consistency of partner-ready enablement and content

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely
  • Must Have:
    • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience running campaigns, content, or demand programs
    • Direct experience with partner/channel marketing or partner ecosystems
    • Strong ownership mindset — you take marketing programs from idea to launch and drive measurable results
    • Strong hands-on content skills — you can build a campaign, recut a deck, or adapt materials for a new audience, polished and on-brand
    • Genuinely AI-forward — you already use AI to produce and adapt content faster, and can build repeatable workflows others can follow
    • Comfortable owning a number — pipeline, ARR, or engagement targets — and reporting on it
    • Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
  • Desired Skills (but not required):
    • Hands-on with interactive demo tools (Navattic, Reprise, Storylane)
    • Hands-on with enablement/content platforms (Guru, Highspot, Seismic, Showpad)
    • Familiarity with PRM / partner-ecosystem tools (Impartner, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, Allbound)
    • Experience managing MDF or producing co-branded/white-labeled partner materials

This position will remain open with applications due 30 days after the time of this posting. This position is being hired on an urgent basis. The application window may close before the above mentioned time. If SOCi receives a sufficient number of applications to select a candidate prior to that date.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
