United States (Remote)

About SOCi:

SOCi is redefining how multi-location enterprises achieve local and AI search visibility with the world’s first agentic workforce. Built specifically for distributed brands, SOCi’s brand-trained agents are guided by a unified visibility engine that autonomously executes and optimizes local marketing work across AI search, GEO ecosystems, social, and reviews — ensuring every location is visible, discoverable, and growing in today’s geo-driven landscape. Trusted by leading brands like Ford, Ace Hardware, and Liberty Tax, and recognized by Fast Company as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies, SOCi transforms marketing from software you manage into work that gets done — intelligently, consistently, and at scale.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior GTM Recruiter Contractor to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this high-impact, temporary role, you will own end-to-end recruitment for SOCi’s revenue-generating teams, including Sales (Account Executives, SDRs, Enterprise Sales Leaders), Marketing and Customer Success.

As an expert in the B2B SaaS landscape, you will partner directly with GTM VP and C-level stakeholders to build candidate pipelines, execute targeted sourcing strategies, and close top-tier talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-lifecycle hiring across all Go-to-Market disciplines (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, CS, RevOps), keeping time-to-fill low and candidate quality high.
  • ATS Operations & Optimization: Serve as a Greenhouse super-user—maintaining clean candidate pipelines, managing interview kits, tracking metrics, and ensuring seamless workflow execution within the system.
  • Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized sourcing tools, and targeted outbound strategies to attract and engage passive, high-performing GTM talent.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to GTM hiring managers—aligning on role specifications, compensation expectations, structured interview scorecards, and market dynamics.
  • Rigorous Vetting: Screen candidates strictly for revenue track record (e.g., quota attainment, deal complexity, sales motion fit), cultural alignment, and SaaS stage experience.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and efficient interview process, ensuring candidate engagement from initial contact through offer acceptance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Greenhouse Expertise (Required): Hands-on operational proficiency in Greenhouse ATS is non-negotiable. You must know how to set up jobs, build interview plans, manage scorecards, and run pipeline reports efficiently.
  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a heavy emphasis on Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience sourcing and closing mid-market and enterprise Account Executives, Sales Leadership, SDRs, and Customer Success professionals.
  • Sales Motion Literacy: Deep understanding of B2B sales metrics (quota history, ACV/TCV, sales cycles, MEDDPICC/Challenger methodology) to effectively vet candidates.
  • Contract Readiness: Ability to operate independently as a contractor, hit the ground running with zero setup time, and manage high-volume pipelines efficiently.
  • Modern Sourcing Stack: Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced boolean search, outbound AI sourcing utilities, and virtual interviewing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior recruiting experience within multi-location software, MarTech, Local SEO, or AdTech verticals.
  • Previous experience in an agency + in-house hybrid environment balancing speed with bar-raising quality.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
