ROLE

Are you a social media enthusiast with a talent for effective community management and content adaptation? Are you native in Dutch and comfortable using your language skills to engage with audiences and foster meaningful connections with our communities across different accounts?

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and nurture online communities across various social media channels, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our Belgian audience.
  • Adapt and localise global content to resonate with the Belgian market, paying special attention to language nuances in French/Dutch and English.
  • Schedule and publish content on different social media platforms, maintaining consistency with the brand's tone of voice.
  • Act as the conversation moderator, actively monitoring, analysing, and encouraging discussions on your platforms.
  • Report to the client on a monthly basis with an overview of the communication stream and reactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute social media campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, features, and best practices for maximum reach.

 

  PROFILE

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. You know how to connect with audiences in a natural, engaging way.
  • A background and strong interest in community management, marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for grammar, spelling, and content quality.
  • A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling, trends, and creating scroll-stopping social media content.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with different teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Comfortable working with different brand voices and adapting global messaging to resonate with the Belgian audience.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms, digital culture, and what performs online.
  • Comfortable using modern tools such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop.
