THE ROLE

We are looking for an organised, curious, and ambitious Account Executive to join our account management team, and work amongst international and regional brands.

The work is genuinely varied, spanning both international and local campaigns, and you'll collaborate closely with teams across our international network.

It's a role with real ownership from day one — and real potential to grow with it.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle the day-to-day running of your clients' projects, working closely with your Account Manager.
  • Own the operational backbone of the account: timings, scopes, status reports, meeting agendas, contact reports, and the finance tracker.
  • Coordinate the local adaptation of 360° international campaigns, liaising with partnering agencies and local market teams.
  • Support origination projects for local and international brands, including coordination with creative, strategy, and production teams.
  • Develop presentation materials for client meetings, events, and activity wrap-up reports.
  • Organize and prepare client and internal meetings, and actively participate in conversations.
  • Manage smaller projects or aspects of larger campaigns independently, coordinating delivery between client and agency teams.
  • Identify and raise risks early and secure the right help to resolve them.

PROFILE

  • Previous experience in an advertising agency is a must - whether through a first role or an internship.
  • Perfectly fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of the other language. Great grasp of English.
  • Strong aptitude for project management: planning, process, timings, scopes, deadlines, and budget/finance tracking.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented: you enjoy bringing structure and keeping many moving parts on track.
  • Team player and clear communicator, with an aptitude for presentations.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair: curious, resilient, and comfortable multitasking.
  • Ambitious, with the appetite to grow within the agency; this role is a genuine springboard.
