About the role:

We are looking to a Sales Account Hunter who will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Australian market. This professional will help us to expand brand recognition, value, and lead market-driven sales efforts. The main objective of this position is to grow the business by identifying, developing, and closing sales with clients and partners who deliver SoftExpert solutions, building long-term and trustworthy relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead generation, networking and relationship with allies;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and closing;
  • Self-discipline, organisation, multitasking and problem solving;
  • Strong skills to build long-term and trusting relationships;
  • Assertive communication (oral and written) and presentation skills;
  • Teamwork with the Pre-Sales, Implementation and Support team of the solution;
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of SoftExpert products and / or services;
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the territory, market, offers and other business matters relevant to the position;
  • Be an active player in both the sales team and SoftExpert to help meet company goals.

Requirements for the position:

  • Experience in B2B sales with an emphasis on acquiring new clients;
  • Good knowledge about the Australian market;
  • Experience in selling complex software solutions;
  • Proactive mindset to seek business opportunities (hunter);
  • Knowledge in outbound sales;
  • Documented success achieving and exceeding assigned quotes;
  • Motivated and able to work independently;
  • Creativity for problem solving and rapid learning ability;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing;
  • Knowledge of CRM use (Customer Relationship Management);

Languages:

  • Native English speaker required for this position.

You will stand out if you have:

  • Knowledge of or proficiency in SoftExpert Suite and its solutions;
  • Basic knowledge of Portuguese.
