We are looking for a Services Consultant to work closely with our clients, leading implementation projects and ensuring value delivery through our solutions. This is a strategic role with strong exposure to international clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects of SoftExpert solutions, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
• Translate client needs into system configurations and solutions within the platform
• Act in a consultative way, recommending process improvements and best practices
• Deliver training sessions and enable end-users
• Support client adoption, ensuring engagement and long-term success
• Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Sales) for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience with software implementation, consulting, or client-facing projects
• Strong analytical skills and business process understanding
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced English (you will work with international clients)

Nice to have

• Experience with management software (e.g., BPM, ECM, QMS, GRC)
• Background in industrial or regulated environments
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile)
• Intermediate/Advanced Spanish
