Role Details

A F&B Runner/Barback is a professional who is responsible for quickly and accurately delivering orders from the kitchen to customers at the restaurant and help setting up bars and F&B outlets. They help Waiters and Bartenders maintain a clean environment for bars and restaurants throughout the dining experience of the House.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Multitasking skills to ensure members and guests get their orders quickly
  • Able to prepare and setup bars and stations
  • Organisational skills to easily locate bar desks and tables to fulfil orders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure customers’ requests are met
  • Ability to remain on their feet for several hours
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•    You will be able demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language, if required.
