What You’ll Do:

• Aircraft Management: Take full responsibility for overseeing and optimizing aircraft availability. You’ll coordinate scheduling, maintenance, and resources with precision and authority.
• Drive Maintenance Excellence: Forecast, schedule, and manage preventative and reactive maintenance with our Maintenance and Flight Operations teams, ensuring all company standards and safety protocols are met without compromise.
• Oversee: Motivate and lead pilots to excel in their roles, upholding the company’s vision and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for aircraft management with confidence.
• Shape Business Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with FBOs, maintenance shops, and other key stakeholders, negotiating agreements that support operational success.
• Optimize Operations: Manage inventory, verify aircraft forms, and oversee logistics to ensure seamless operations from start to finish.

Prior Experience

Prior experience working in aviation or in maintenance facility is a plus, but not a hard requirement
