Junior Analyst (CRM) (f/m/d) at Solaris

Your Role
- Drive implementation projects
- Troubleshooting technical issues and incidents
- Create complex, accurate and aligned reporting in Explore
- Supporting the integration of apps and API-based functionalities
- Support building Zendesk Workspaces, Explore, Guide, Talk and Chat
- Drive to enhance efficiency and usability of the tool
- Responsible for Operations monthly reporting
- Perform Ad-Hoc reporting

Hard skills:
- A minimum of 2-year experience in managing and building Zendesk
- Tech stack: Zendesk, Jira | SQL, Tableau, Python (plus)
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Working experience in Banking industry (plus)
- Proficiency English, German (plus)
- Operations experience (plus)
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics / Engineering / related fields
Soft skills:
- Problem solving

- Excellent communication skills
