Junior Analyst (CRM) (f/m/d) at Solaris

Your Role 

• Drive implementation projects
• Troubleshooting technical issues and incidents
• Create complex, accurate and aligned reporting in Explore
• Supporting the integration of apps and API-based functionalities
• Support building Zendesk Workspaces, Explore, Guide, Talk and Chat
• Drive to enhance efficiency and usability of the tool
• Responsible for Operations monthly reporting
• Perform Ad-Hoc reporting

Hard skills:

• A minimum of 2-year experience in managing and building Zendesk
• Tech stack: Zendesk, Jira | SQL, Tableau, Python (plus)
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Working experience in Banking industry (plus)
• Proficiency English, German (plus)
• Operations experience (plus)
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics / Engineering / related fields

Soft skills:

• Problem solving
• Data driven
• Process improvement
• Excellent communication skills
