Your Role
As an iOS Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our banking apps. Your responsibilities include:
● Designing, building, and maintaining customer-facing iOS applications
● Breaking down complex challenges into manageable projects and solutions
● Estimating and designing technical solutions that adhere to Solaris's compliance and technical standards
● Defining and implementing technical guidelines for the iOS platform
● Collaborating closely with engineers, UX designers, and product owners to deliver exceptional experiences
What We'd Love To See
We're seeking an iOS expert with proven professional experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding user experiences and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role offers significant opportunities for technical growth and increasing scope of impact.
● Proven ability to deliver high-quality iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine
● Deep understanding of iOS platform capabilities and best practices
● Experience collaborating with product and UX teams to create user-centered designs
● Experience with App Store deployment processes and requirements
● Proficiency in automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing)
● Familiarity with Cloud CI/CD tools and workflows for quality assurance and delivery
● Experience with Git and Git-flow or trunk-based development
● Comfortable working in agile environments and applying lean product development principles
● Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement
Awesome extras
● Knowledge and experience on iOS Accessibility tools (VoiceOver, dynamic fonts...)
● Data-driven development experience, including analytics feedback and implementing improvements based on user behaviour
●Basic knowledge of backend services to co-design solutions and provide valuable feedback for better integration and streamlined development
