HR Business Partner - Compensation & Benefits (d/f/m)

Your Role
- Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Manage and oversee regular compensation cycles, including budgeting, salary adjustments, bonuses, and equity distributions
- Develop and execute new remuneration initiatives that are competitive and compliant with the regulations
- Job Architecture and Salary Bands:
- Conduct job mapping and evaluation to define roles, responsibilities, and the value of positions within the organization
- Administer and further develop salary bands to make sure Solaris is a competitive employer
- Performance Management:
- Design and manage performance management cycle, analyze performance trends, provide guidance to leaders on constructive feedback, performance issues and improvement plans
- Leadership Consultation:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing coaching and consulting support on talent development, performance management, and reward
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Analyze compensation structure including base pay, bonuses, benefits, and its effectiveness and competitiveness. Create reporting for management and make data-driven recommendations for the improvements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in Business Partnering role, in high paced environment
- Experience in consulting leaders, managing stakeholder of different seniority level
- Knowledge in reporting, building compensation models, conducting compensation analysis, performing salary benchmarking, etc.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, HR reporting tools, and other data analytics and visualization tools is a plus
- Hands-on experience in creating policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to visualize data effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on attitude, with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
