(Senior) Seizures & Insolvencies Analyst (d/f/m) at Solaris

Your Role 

  • Process and manage the daily inflow of garnishments and insolvencies.
  • Coordinate with external providers, authorities, prosecutors, and insolvency managers to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product Teams, Data Analytics) to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
  • Prepare monitoring reports, track and summarize key information, and actively drive process improvements.
  • Handle all customer inquiries related to seizures and insolvencies in a structured, timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency in daily tasks, and lead or co-lead relevant projects to optimize operations.

Hard skills:

  • 2-4 years’ experience as operations analyst in Seizures and Insolvencies, or equivalent position.
  • Good knowledge of German Regulatory Requirement for Garnishments, Account protection and Insolvency (Pfändungen, Pfändungsschutzkonto, Insolvenz).
  • Experience in German Regulatory Banking environment.
  • Very good knowledge of German (minimum C1) and proficiency in English required.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
  • Team-player approach with positive mindset and can-do attitude.
