People Operations Manager

Your Role

  • Employee Lifecycle:
    Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding and ensure smooth and compliant execution of People Operations processes
  • Employee Records:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring all personal, employment, and payroll information is complete and compliant with internal and legal requirements
  • Documentation:
    Prepare and process employment contracts, onboarding documents, and other HR-related paperwork
  • HRIS:
    Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Personio
  • Employee Relations:
    Act as a point of contact for employees on queries, including those related to benefits, policies, and general People Operations procedures and provide administrative support

  • Apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or university degree in a field related to People Operations
  • 2+ years of experience in a HR administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with HRIS (ideally Personio)
  • Knowledge of German labor laws and regulations is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English and German is a must
