Working Student Graphic Design (f/m/d)

Your Role

  • You support the Communications & Content team by creating
    • digital assets and advertisements for social media
    • digital guides and white papers for the website
    • digital and print assets for internal communications e.g. materials for Confluence and Slack, parties, presentations
    • custom illustrations for our internal and external assets
  • You can work with established design guidelines and apply them to your work.
  • You select imagery that fits our brand tonality across diverse channels, from LinkedIn to our corporate website.
  • You participate in team meetings and regular exchanges with the Team lead Communications & Content.
  • You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, and our external brand agency.

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range. We don’t care much about fancy titles, but rather about real personal and professional development, as laid out in our learning framework. Let’s figure together out how you can contribute to our team.

  • You are currently a university student of a relevant discipline e.g. Visual Communication or Graphic Design and have completed 4 semesters of your Bachelor degree or are doing your Masters degree.
  • You have strong layout and typography skills and a clear sense of aesthetics – in digital and print. Illustration skills are a bonus. Ideally you are able to showcase your design experience.
  • You can record and edit videos for social media usage including cutting, subtitles, resizing formats, simple animations.
  • You are confident with the Adobe suite and can use InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma proficiently.
  • You gained first experiences in a working environment.
  • You have excellent English language skills in writing and speaking. German skills are a bonus.

  • You are passionate about communication and branding, and understand how visual storytelling helps build trust.
  • You work independently on aligned tasks with a pro-active attitude to drive your work forward.
  • You have the skill to translate creative briefings into high-quality visual results.
  • You value constructive feedback on your work.
  • You enjoy working as part of an international team and have an inclusive and diverse view of your environment.

Working Model:

  • You’re based in Berlin and can commute to the office at least 2 days/week in our Berlin office.
