Regulatory Reporting Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Task:
- Take charge of preparing and submitting of regulatory and statistical reports under the CRR and KWG. Your primary focus will be on reports such as CoRep (e.g. Own Funds, Leverage Ratio, Large Exposure etc.). Given the nature of regulatory reporting, you will manage strict statutory deadlines and ensure timely compliance under pressure.
- Continuously monitor regulatory developments, analyse their impact on our organization, and take responsibility for the implementation of new requirements.
- Drive the enhancement and automation of our reporting systems by defining and testing data requirements and optimizing existing workflows.
- Work in close partnership with the Finance department and our Financial Data Department to ensure the consistency and quality of the underlying data. You will also help improve internal controls and documentation.
- Provide regulatory guidance for the onboarding of new partners and products, ensuring all new activities are compliant from the start.
- You will be a point of contact for auditors and supervisors, fostering a professional and transparent relationship.

- Several years of professional experience in the regulatory reporting environment of a bank or financial institution in Germany.
- Possess hands-on experience in preparing and submitting regulatory reports. Knowledge in CoRep and/or FinRep is highly desirable.
- Practical experience working with regulatory reporting software. Familiarity with Regnology RRH would be a significant advantage.
- Reliable, thriving in a deadline-driven environment. Possess the ability to proactively manage your own schedule and deliver high-quality results independently, even under pressure.
- Possess strong AI skills (e.g., using AI tools for data analysis, process optimization, or research) and are eager to leverage these technologies to drive innovation at Solaris.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles is a strong plus, given the close collaboration with our Finance department.
- Skilled at independently analysing new requirements and translating them into concrete implementation projects.
- Proactive individual who sees challenges as opportunities and enjoys improving processes.
- Excellent communication skills and thrive both when working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluent in both German and English (German is a mandatory requirement for this role).
