People & Talent Acquisition Working Student

Your Role
Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate end-to-end recruiting for the assigned roles: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening applications, interviewing, and scheduling interviews for the hiring team until final offer closure.
- Be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Help build and maintain our talent pipeline, e.g. university partnerships, career fairs, campus events, and early-careers channels.
- Keep our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) accurate and up to date, and help report on recruiting metrics.
- Support in ad-hoc talent sourcing projects for niche profiles.
- Support across other open roles, e.g. screening candidates and coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders online or onsite.
- Help draft and refine job descriptions, recruiting materials, or process documentation.
- Contribute to improving recruiting processes, workflow, templates, etc.
HR Business Partner
- Work directly with our HRBPs on strategic initiatives focused on boosting company culture, driving learning & development (L&D), and improving employee retention.
- Pull and analyze department-specific metrics (like attrition trends and engagement scores) to help HRBPs identify team insights and risks.
- Help execute company-wide talent cycles, tracking progress and organizing data for performance, compensation, and feedback reviews.
- Assist in building and distributing toolkits, guides, and resources that help our team leads manage and develop their people.

- BA or MA graduate in the fields of Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Economics or a related field.
- Strong numbers and data analysis skills including excel skills
- Fluent English communication skills - German language is a strong advantage.
- Open to leveraging AI tools and genuinely interested in automating routine tasks to make workflows smoother and more efficient.
- Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling several tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication, and an approachable, people-first attitude.
- Discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information.
- Proactive and reliable - happy to take ownership and follow through.
