The position will report to the Associate Creative Director, 2D Graphics

Role Overview

This role will support the Americas market, reporting to the Associate Creative Director, 2D Graphics. This individual is expected to execute the development of Visual Merchandising work that is aligned with our forward-thinking brand goals. This individual is committed to delivering creative solutions aligned with Americas business objectives while also ensuring all work follows Global Brand guidelines. This individual must be a self-starter with deep knowledge of print production and installation processes to deliver solutions from concept to execution. They must also have a keen understanding of the importance of  in-store Communication and how to tailor messaging for various consumer profiles. 

Overall Responsibilities: 

  • Lead VM production in supporting design and development of Americas VM to ensure seamless execution across touchpoints
  • Organize and prepare files for final artwork release to vendors
  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising Americas to develop design solutions across multiple fixtures
  • Creatively solve layout challenges while remaining on brand
  • Translate and adapt existing designs to different fixture formats and sizes
  • Ensure brand design standards are upheld across all touch points

Job Requirements/Qualifications: 

  • Must be located in NYC and Surrounding Areas
  • BA/BS/BFA degree in Graphic Design or Industrial Design with Graphic Design working experience
  • 3+ years’ experience working in an in-store design role.
  • Software Requirements: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
  • A deep knowledge of print production and print design
  • Understanding of branding and graphic storytelling within the retail environment
  • Familiarity with retailer specifications and technical drawings
  • Have a strong understanding of planograms and in store retail environments
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely – ability to provide and receive constructive feedback that is necessary to improve designs
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be highly collaborative with ability to understand the objectives of all cross-functional partners and work toward a design that meets that need and upholds the creative integrity of the brand
  • Be a self-starter who can proactively organize their workflow across multiple projects with varying timelines
  • This role is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $90,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
