As the Assistant Manager, Global Product Marketing, Merchandise & Promo, you will play a pivotal role in driving category growth and consumer engagement through strategic merchandise planning and promotional initiatives. You will redefine how beauty merchandising and promotions intersect with fashion and entertainment, setting trends and elevating the consumer experience in the beauty industry.
The position will report to the Director, Global Product Marketing – Merchandise & Promo.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the development and execution of strategic merchandise plans for all global apparel and accessories, including saleable merch, GWPS, PWPS, influencer gifting, etc., ensuring alignment with brand vision, consumer preferences, and market demands.
- Monitor and analyze category performance metrics daily, translating and presenting actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Own product lifecycle from creative inception to delivery including daily vendor communication, relationship development, and negotiations to deliver high-quality, brand-enhancing products on time, and within budget.
- Constantly assess the latest market trends to inform disruptive innovation and growth opportunities within the category, applying consumer insights and competitive analysis to future development.
- Develop and pitch compelling product strategy presentations and creative briefs to leadership and cross-functional partners to gain alignment on category vision and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in merchandise planning, promotions, or related roles within the beauty or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic merchandise and promotional initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage consumer insights and market data to inform decision-making and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Salary Range
$75,000 - $88,000 USD
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
