What You’ll Do
As Sol de Janeiro continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Senior Manager FP&A, to support our evolving financial planning and analysis needs across the organization. Reporting to the Global Director of Finance, this role will focus on improving visibility and control over G&A and indirect spending, driving reporting accuracy, and enhancing finance systems and tools. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to optimize forecasting and reporting processes, and lead finance-related workstreams for systems implementations. This individual will also serve as a key contact for Group reporting and submissions, act as the SAP finance lead for the FP&A team and support ongoing enhancements to our BI and reporting tools.
What You’ll Be Working On
Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting:
- Lead budget and forecast cycles for all G&A and indirect spending areas (e.g., HR, Finance, Legal, IT).
- Consolidate and report monthly financials across supported functions; validate closing data and propose adjustments or accruals.
- Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
- Prepare and submit Group deliverables, including audit support, month-end sales updates, and SAP BPC load files.
- Improve financial reporting infrastructure and automate manual processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support key initiatives and process improvements
- Act as the FP&A lead for SAP implementation, ensuring alignment between system design and financial planning/reporting needs.
- Become an internal SAP expert for the Finance team, supporting system use and financial data accuracy.
- Partner with the Data and BI teams to build and enhance reporting dashboards in tools like Domo, TM1, or similar.
- Assist in analysis and reporting of Gross Margin and Product MOB, in collaboration with the broader finance or supply chain teams as appropriate.
Cost Control:
- Analyze variances and identify areas of Risk and Opportunities
- Implement cost controls to ensure proper spend allocation and alignment with company targets
- Build a rolling forecast and ensure full year targets are met
Must Haves
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance/business analysis
- Experience in a CPG company
- Experience with financial systems: ERP (SAP, NetSuite or similar)
- Experience with DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI a plus
- Experience with SQL or other relational database management tools a plus
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize; problem-solving/ solution finder abilities
- Pro-active: ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time
- Team player: ability to interact with all levels within an organization
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Interest in learning and ability to integrate information to identify the implications of macro trends for the business
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing time sensitive deliverables.

Salary Range
$140,000 - $160,000 USD
