What You’ll Do
The VP, Ecommerce will bring visionary, brand-smart leadership to our performance media, CRM, loyalty, merchandising, site, marketplace, and retention strategies. They will be responsible for delivering an emotionally resonant, high-converting flagship experience while ensuring operational excellence, innovation, and long-term strategic expansion. This role is directly accountable for a substantial portion of the brand's total revenue and plays a critical role in shaping its ongoing commercial trajectory.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Define and lead the overarching strategy and vision for SDJ.com, Global Amazon, and new digital retail platforms
- Set and own aggressive revenue, margin, LTV, CAC, and traffic goals
- Drive business performance through coordinated execution across content, merchandising, lifecycle, and media
- Deliver clear, concise reporting to senior leadership and drive accountability through KPIs and forecasting models
- Own and optimize the performance marketing ecosystem across paid search, social, affiliate, influencer, RMNs, and emerging platforms
- Lead creative/media integration to drive full-funnel storytelling and ROI
- Oversee media investment allocation, creative iteration, and platform partner relationships
- Build a best-in-class Global DTC experience that integrates exclusive product drops, interactive content, live shopping, subscriptions, and personalized journeys
- Oversee digital merchandising, promotions, UI/UX, CRO strategy, and innovation roadmap
- Partner with creative, content, and product teams to maintain a dynamic, on-brand consumer flagship
- Lead CRM strategy across email, SMS, push, and loyalty touchpoints
- Champion personalized storytelling and consumer rituals across lifecycle journeys
- Oversee Amazon 1P/3P business: PDPs, search optimization, retail media, pricing, reviews, and supply collaboration
- Ensure platform excellence, brand consistency, and content performance across third-party channels
- Manage partnerships with Amazon team, media vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Partner with analytics teams to identify actionable insights across acquisition, retention, and conversion
- Define measurement frameworks and testing roadmaps to evaluate and optimize performance
- Support procurement and implementation of evolving tech stack
- Build and lead a high-performing team across performance, CRM, merchandising, UX, site, and Amazon
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, testing, and agility
- Guide prioritization, coach emerging leaders, and manage agency/vendor relationships
- Drive the commerce POV within the broader Americas and Global strategic planning processes
- Represent the consumer journey across digital commerce in cross-functional forums
Must Haves
- 10+ years in ecommerce, digital growth, and consumer marketing
- Experience leading P&L and scaling digital revenue across DTC and Amazon/marketplaces
- Deep fluency in performance media, CRM, analytics, and user experience
- Strong understanding of Shopify, GA4, CDPs, ESPs, and martech landscape
- Exceptional team leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic storytelling skills
- Beauty, wellness, or lifestyle category experience preferred

Salary Range
$225,000 - $275,000 USD
