What You’ll Do
The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition plays a key role in shaping the future of Sol de Janeiro by attracting top talent who embody our bold, joyful spirit. You’ll drive full cycle hiring delivering an exceptional candidate experience and building trusted partnerships with business leaders. From strategic sourcing to process improvements, you’ll ensure that every hire supports our growth, culture, and commitment to excellence.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-growth, people-first environment.
What you’ll be working on
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, hiring for a variety of teams including Marketing , Creative , Finance, IT, Operations, and other key functions.
- Partner closely with People Business Partners and senior leaders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into forward-looking hiring strategies.
- Proactively source, assess, and present high-quality talent, while delivering a warm, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience at every stage.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, guiding them through best practices and helping to ensure the right hiring decisions.
- Develop and execute creative, targeted sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Continuously improve and refine recruiting processes, tools, and templates to drive consistency, efficiency, and alignment with our brand values.
- Share recruiting metrics and data-driven insights to support workforce planning and influence hiring decisions.
- Act as a brand ambassador—representing Sol de Janeiro with authenticity and energy in all candidate-facing communications.
- Contribute to system improvements across Talent Acquisition, including our ATS (Greenhouse), scheduling tools, and onboarding experience.
- Jump in on special projects and initiatives as needed—we’re a collaborative team and always evolving.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in q senior recruiting role.
- Proven experience hiring across multiple corporate functions; background in lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success managing high-impact searches with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships with business leaders and influence hiring decisions with confidence and insight.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and systems; familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and interview scheduling tools is a plus.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating across levels, from high-volume to niche roles.
- Ability to balance fast-paced, high-volume needs with thoughtful, targeted searches.
- Deep knowledge of best practices in candidate experience, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for in-person meetings, events, or hiring needs.

Salary Range
$90,000 - $115,000 USD
