What You’ll Do

The INTL 360 Marketing Assistant Manager will be working closely with the INTL 360 Marketing & Consumer Engagement Manager, overseeing the EMEA, TR & UKI regions. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the full marketing ecosystem of a fast-paced, international beauty brand. The assistant manager will support in the development of marketing strategies, campaign tools, analysis, content development, and global/regional coordination, but also contribute to cross-functions missions. 

 

What You'll be Working On 

CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT MISSIONS

PAID MEDIA (30%)

  • Media briefs: Co-build media brief for big bets, always-on & ad-hoc campaigns, and follow-up with agencies.  
  • Paid social platforms: Act as INTL support with media agencies & regional teams on platforms set-up, updates… 
  • Post-mortem report (PBA): Support on consolidating INTL post-campaign reports in collaboration with agencies & regions, for big bets & always-on. 
  • Insights & intelligence: Gather market/social trends, consumer behavior, competitive analysis, platform updates & learnings with partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to elevate media expertise across teams. 

360 MARKETING & CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT (25%)

  • Big Bet Toolkit: Support on toolkit building (consumer engagement for trade & consumer events, online, CRM & organic social) & support on regional execution. 
  • Always-on toolkit: Co-build toolkit (consumer engagement, online, CRM, paid, social) and support regional execution. 
  • Asset management: Coordinate deadlines, timing, needs & exclusive content with Global, INTL Creative, VM & Regions. 
  • Copy & translations: Manage translation projects across all channels (VM, paid, social, video, OOH, education).  
  • Weekly newsletters: Support weekly INTL Marketing 360 & Product newsletters, ensuring assets/toolkits links are up to date. 
  • Competitor best practices: Curate monthly highlights (launches, campaigns, sets, GWP, KSM, social) to inspire teams.  

ONLINE & CRM (20%)

  • Online experience: Build, cascade & coordinate guidelines for big bets, always-on & ad-hoc (app-preview, homepage, PPage, UGC videos) in collaboration with Global & US Teams. 
  • CRM strategy: Analyze CRM mechanisms, co-create playbooks/templates, define segments & coordinate with regions on big bets/ad-hoc. 

PRODUCT (20%)

  • Product information: Support markets with pack shots, artwork & sample orders, UPC…  
  • GWP (Gift With Purchase): Coordinate key information (IWD, regions’ quantities…) and support on overall GWP development for INTL 

ORGANIC SOCIAL (5%)

  • Social guidebook: Create INTL social guide for campaigns & always-on (assets, exclusive content, captions, hashtags). 
  • Regional requests: Manage social asset requests from regions in collaboration with Global & US teams.

It is ideal for a candidate looking to deepen their understanding of consumer engagement, 360 campaign strategy, within a dynamic and collaborative environment. What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong Communication: you articulate briefs clearly, synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and keep stakeholders aligned. 

 

Must Haves

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) 
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in retail/cosmetics/luxury goods 
  • Noticeable experience in marketing (paid media, online & CRM or consumer engagement).  
  • Rigor, autonomy, organization, adaptability, and proactivity are essentials for the job.  
  • A passion for consumer culture, beauty and trends, with ability to spot emerging opportunities and translate them into engagement strategies  
  • Clear understanding of how consumer engagement activities drive business results (acquisition, conversion, RS growth) 
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions 
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Thoughtful, empathetic, and positive attitude
