What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, HRBP, you will support the delivery of key HR initiatives and act as a trusted resource to both employees and people leaders. You’ll help implement core people programs, support employee engagement, and contribute to HR operations that enable business success. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to grow into a strategic business partnership role while building broad HR expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The position will report to the Director, HRBP.
What You’ll Be Working On
HR Program Support
- Assist with the rollout and tracking of HR programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, onboarding, and learning initiatives.
- Support team communications, scheduling, and logistics for HR-led sessions (e.g., trainings, feedback cycles, hiring calibration).
- Ensure employee records, job data, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Help drive culture-building initiatives and engagement activities in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
- Track and summarize feedback from pulse and engagement surveys; help prepare insights for follow-up actions.
- Support recognition efforts and moments that matter (e.g., work anniversaries, promotions, onboarding touchpoints).
Talent & Development Support
- Partner with Learning & Development CoE to coordinate training programs and track participation.
- Help identify learning needs based on feedback and performance data.
- Support onboarding experiences to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Data & Reporting
- Support regular reporting on HR metrics including headcount, attrition, and performance cycle completion.
- Use HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Culture Amp, Greenhouse) to pull data and track progress.
Must Haves
- 3-4 years’ experience in Human Resources or People Operations roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
- Comfort with data tools and HR platforms (Excel, HRIS, ATS, survey tools).
Nice to Have

Experience in beauty, CPG, or lifestyle/creative industries.

Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, HiBob, or similar.

Salary Range
$75,000 - $85,000 USD
