What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead key UKI retail partnerships, driving commercial growth and executing best-in-class go-to-market strategies for the brand. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver impactful launches, strengthen retailer relationships, and ensure strong financial performance across your accounts—all while bringing energy, ownership, and a collaborative mindset to the team.
What You’ll Be Working On

Developing and executing 3-year commercial plans and go-to-market strategies to deliver sales and profitability targets

Building strong, strategic partnerships with key retailers to drive joint business plans (JBPs) and long-term growth

Leading retailer activations and 360° campaign execution across in-store and digital touchpoints

Owning net sales forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring accurate financial planning

Driving successful product launches, ensuring strong sell-in and sell-through performance

Managing account P&Ls, balancing investment decisions with revenue and ROI outcomes

Partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, Field Sales, and Planning teams

Monitoring market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategy

Ensuring operational excellence through strong forecasting, inventory management, and performance tracking

Collaborating with international teams (EMEA, APAC) to share best practices and drive alignment

Coaching and supporting junior team members to foster a high-performing, collaborative team
Must Haves
-
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a National Account Management or Leadership role.

Strong experience managing key retailers (Boots) or within the consumer goods industry is essential.

Proven ability to influence and negotiate, with a track record of delivering results.

Strong storytelling and persuasive selling skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenter.

Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
