What You’ll Do

The Senior Art Director, Global Creative supports the visual development of high-impact product launch campaigns bringing newness to market with brand and product clarity, energy, and cultural relevance.

This role is responsible for concepting and executing 360 campaign ecosystems at a Global level for New Product Launches, category repromotes, and brand-defining moments. From initial idea through final execution, you will translate product truth and marketing strategy into compelling creative that performs across every touchpoint. This role is designed for a strong campaign thinker someone who thrives in building ideas from the ground up and delivering work that resonates in-market.

What You’ll Be Working On

ART DIRECTION, CONCEPTING & CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Support Creative Design Leadership in the end-to-end visual development of 360 campaigns supporting New Product Launches, seasonal moments, and category repromotes 
  • Translate marketing objectives, product insights, and audience behaviors into clear, compelling creative concepts, taking a lead on art direction from concept to execution.
  • Ensure all creative ladders up to a strong, singular idea and broader brand standards while flexing appropriately across formats and platforms
  • Bring forward fresh, culturally relevant concepts that elevate brand presence and drive performance
  • Leverage performance data, competitive insights, and channel best practices to refine and optimize creative output

EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE & PRODUCTION OVERSIGHT

  • Partner closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life from concept through final delivery
  • Lead art direction across shoots and content creation—ensuring all outputs align to campaign vision and brand standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external Art Directors, photographers, stylists, designers and editors to refine creative details and execution
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of craft, consistency, and brand fidelity
  • Manage timelines and deliverables with rigor, proactively navigating constraints while protecting creative integrity
  • Maintain deep knowledge of production processes, platform specifications, and channel requirements

CREATIVE COLLABORATION & TEAM CONTRIBUTION

  • Partner with Copy and cross-functional stakeholders to align on objectives and deliver cohesive, insight-driven campaign storytelling.
  • Serve as a key creative bridge between DTC and Campaign/New Product Launch teams, ensuring seamless translation of concepts, designs, and messaging across channels for one unified brand voice.
  • Champion a holistic consumer ecosystem by connecting launch moments with always-on experiences, creating consistency and continuity at every touchpoint.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented creative culture—bringing clarity, momentum, and creative rigor to all workstreams.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback that elevates the work and supports team development.
  • Champion strong creative thinking and execution across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, impact, and scalability.
  • Manage and mentor in-house designers while overseeing agency partners to deliver best-in-class creative.

Must Haves

  • 8–10+ years of experience in art direction with a strong focus on campaign development and execution
  • Proven experience leading 360° campaigns from concept through launch across multiple channels
  • Portfolio demonstrating expertise in New Product Launches, integrated campaigns, and high-impact visual storytelling that are both of the moment and fit seamlessly into Brand Standards
  • Strong understanding of digital, retail, and e-commerce environments and how creative performs across each
  • Experience working across photography, motion, and emerging content formats (including AI-driven production)
  • Deep knowledge of design, typography, color, and visual systems
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and retouching workflows
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate complexity with care while maintaining speed and creative excellence
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Salary Range

$140,000 - $160,000 USD
