What You’ll Do

Responsible for execution of regional Americas events, including consumer-facing, influencer, and trade across key brand moments, product launches, and retailer initiatives. This role translates brand strategy and Fragrance marketing priorities into high-impact physical experiences that create brand desire, cultural heat, advocacy, content and ultimately consumer demand. This highly cross-functional role will partner closely with Regional Brand Marketing, Influencer/PR, Social, Retail Marketing, Sales, Global teams, and external agency partners to deliver breakthrough experiences with excellence, while managing budgets, timelines, operational complexity, and measurement.

This role will report to the Executive Director, Fragrance Marketing & Brand Strategy – Americas.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Develop and execute the Americas experiential marketing strategy, translating brand, campaign, and product launch priorities into distinctive consumer, influencer/creator, and trade experiences.
  • Develop breakthrough experiential concepts that bring the brand and products to life in memorable and differentiated ways, while maintaining alignment with Global directives and strategy.
  • Maintain a forward-looking Americas experiential calendar aligned with key launches, cultural moments, retailer priorities, and strategic brand-building opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Influencer, PR, Social, and Brand teams to develop high-impact creator experiences that deepen relationships, drive authentic advocacy, and generate culturally relevant social conversation.
  • Lead strategy and execution for priority trade and retailer experiences, including industry events, retailer conferences, sales meetings, product immersions, and other strategic partner moments.
  • Manage experiential marketing budgets, timelines, and agency partners, ensuring programs are delivered efficiently, on budget, and consistent with brand standards.
  • Ensure experiential programs are designed as part of the broader integrated marketing ecosystem rather than as standalone events, connecting experiences to Social, Influencer, PR, Media, and Retail and Commerce strategies.
  • Establish clear objectives and KPIs for experiential programs, measuring performance and regularly reporting on outcomes to regional and Global stakeholders.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across Regional Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Sales, Global Marketing, and external agency partners to ensure seamless execution of integrated brand experiences.

Must Haves

  • 3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably within the beauty industry. Category experience preferred.
  • Strong agency leadership experience, including developing strategic briefs and evaluating creative concepts.
  • Strong analytical orientation with experience establishing KPIs, evaluating experiential effectiveness, and translating performance and consumer insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Commercial mindset and understanding of how brand-building activity contributes to consumer recruitment, retail performance, and overall business growth.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on building and fostering strong relationships with team and cross functional team members.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
