What You'll Do 

The Sol de Janeiro Planner, Key Accounts – Americas Wholesale is responsible for supporting the planning, analysis, and management of data related to retail channel sell-in and sell-through. 

This role will partner closely with the Finance, Planning, Sales Operations, and Key Accounts teams, building strong cross-functional relationships to support shared financial and sales planning goals and deliverables. This individual will work with a high degree of accuracy, be comfortable managing multiple details and changing priorities, and have the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. 

The ideal candidate enjoys working in Excel, is passionate about data organization and accuracy, and is energized by using data and analytics to help inform business decisions and drive brand growth. 

What You'll Be Working On

  • Analyze sell-in, sell-through, and on-hand inventory data to identify trends and support recommendations related to retailer inventory needs. 
  • Maintain and contribute to the latest sell-in and sell-through estimates in partnership with the Sales Operations/Planning and Key Accounts teams. 
  • Support recommendations for financial plans and reforecasts based on sales trends, retailer performance, and inventory levels. 
  • Support the development of long-term sell-in and sell-through expectations based on door productivity and long-term growth assumptions. 
  • Track and maintain estimates for potential RTV risks, flagging potential liabilities to internal partners in advance and supporting recommendations for solutions. 
  • Maintain existing sales tracking and reporting tools in Excel and assist with building new, efficient tools as business needs evolve. 
  • Pull, organize, and analyze custom reports from cloud-based data management systems as needed. 
  • Prepare and publish internal weekly recaps with sales analysis, key trends, and insights. 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Key Accounts, Finance, Planning, and Sales Operations to ensure accuracy and alignment across sales and financial planning. 
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support the Key Accounts team and broader business. 

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in Planning, Sales Analysis, Sales Operations, Account Management, or a related analytical role; experience within beauty, consumer products, or retail is preferred. 
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational/time management skills. 
  • Ability to work with data from multiple sources, identify trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and communicate data and insights clearly to internal stakeholders. 
  • Ability to balance priorities and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems, reporting tools, and information to support business decisions. 
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute across the broader Key Accounts organization.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $70,000 USD
