What You’ll Do

The Assistant Manager, Integrated Brand Media supports the planning, coordination, and operational management of Sol de Janeiro's media ecosystem. 

This role works closely with the Manager, Integrated Brand Media + Talent, global agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure media plans, assets, timelines, and reporting are executed efficiently and effectively. 

The Assistant Manager plays an important role in helping the organization translate integrated campaign strategies into marketplace execution, while ensuring media investments are supported through strong organization, communication, and measurement practices. 

What You’ll Be Working On

Support Global Asset Development for Regional Execution 

  • Assist in development and coordination of cross-channel assets and toolkits. 
  • Maintain planning calendars and activation schedules. 
  • Support launch planning processes and GTM milestones. 
  • Help ensure media strategies align with broader campaign objectives. 

Manage Creative Brief Operations 

  • Support creation and distribution of creative briefs. 
  • Coordinate inputs from: 
  • Brand Strategy 
  • Product Marketing 
  • Communications 
  • Influencer 
  • Creative 
  • Social 
  • PR 
  • Regional markets 
  • Help ensure agencies and stakeholders have complete requirements. 

Asset Readiness & Coordination 

  • Coordinate asset delivery timelines. 
  • Track creative availability across channels and markets. 
  • Partner with creative and production teams to support launch readiness. 
  • Help ensure markets receive assets needed to execute local plans. 

Support Global Talent & Campaign Talent Management 

  • Help on contracts, deliverables, agency and agent communications 
  • Campaign metric analysis and assessment  
  • Campaign wrap-up delivery 

Cross-Functional Coordination 

  • Partner across multiple functions to maintain visibility into campaign progress. 
  • Facilitate communication between teams. 
  • Help identify and resolve operational challenges before they impact execution. 
  • Support integrated launch planning meetings. 

Agency Management Support 

  • Maintain regular communication with media agencies. 
  • Track deliverables, budgets, timelines, and reporting requirements. 
  • Support agency performance reviews and business reviews. 
  • Ensure information flows effectively between internal teams and external partners. 

Reporting & Performance Analysis 

  • Support campaign reporting, dashboards, and recaps. 
  • Track media performance metrics. 
  • Compile learnings and recommendations. 
  • Help identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.

Must Haves

Experience 

  • 4+ years of creative, project management, marketing, integrated marketing, talent, influencer, or advertising experience

Salary Range

$80,000 - $90,000 USD
