Position Overview:
We are looking for a Director, Network Partnerships to build and nurture strong relationships with Solera’s network of innovative point-solution partners. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Network Partnerships, you’ll act as the main liaison for partners like Headspace, Betr Health, and SworkIt, ensuring effective collaboration, problem-solving, and transparency. This role is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on improving health outcomes by optimizing our network partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner Management: Maintain strong, strategic relationships with assigned network partners through regular touchpoints and strategic roadmap discussions.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee partner performance, quickly identifying and resolving issues while holding partners accountable to performance standards.
- Quarterly Business Reviews: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, including agenda setting and presentation preparation, to foster deeper collaboration.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with the data/reporting team to establish KPIs, performance reporting, and deliver accurate volume forecasts to network partners.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for exceeding forecasts, enhancing quality, and driving impactful outcomes.
- Problem-Solving: Partner with Solera’s product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve user or technical issues.
- Onboarding Leadership: Manage the successful implementation of new network partners, collaborating closely with project management and engineering.
About You:

- Results-Oriented: You’re a proactive self-starter who can identify and capture partnership opportunities, even in the face of ambiguity.
- Excellent Communicator: Confident and clear in verbal and written communication, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic & Analytical: Skilled in sales operations, forecasting, and using data to drive decisions.
- Healthcare Passionate: Motivated by a mission to improve chronic care, with a background in healthcare, ideally within a payer or digital health setting.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in account or vendor management, ideally with a payer or digital health company.
- Proven ability to manage forecasts, analyze performance data, and drive decisions with data.
- BA/BS degree preferred, with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on partnership opportunities.
- Remote role with occasional travel for team collaboration and planning events.
