About the Position
We’re looking for a strategic leader to drive both Product Operations and Product Management initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and strategic direction. In this role, you will lead the work necessary to develop systems, processes, and strategies that enable the organization to consistently scale performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your contributions will be critical in shaping the strategic product roadmap and ensuring its successful execution, fostering an environment rooted in ownership and continuous improvement.

As the VP of Product, you will play a pivotal role in advancing both the operational and strategic aspects of the Product and Technology organization. You will focus on optimizing processes, improving cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging data to guide product decisions. While you may not manage a team directly, you will work collaboratively with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to drive results, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and champion a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.

What You’ll Do

Product Operations Leadership

  • Develop and implement product operations strategies that align with organizational goals and drive operational excellence.
  • Establish tools, frameworks, and processes for improved cross-functional collaboration, communication, and workflow management.
  • Identify and address challenges in communication and alignment across product, engineering, and key stakeholders to ensure clarity and focus.
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and designing initiatives to address gaps.
  • Define and promote best practices for goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) or KPIs (Key Product Indicators), helping teams align their objectives with measurable outcomes.
  • Support process improvements by evaluating and recommending tools that enhance operational efficiency and product outcomes.

Product Management Leadership

  • Collaborate with product managers and cross functional teams to develop, prioritize, and execute the strategic product roadmaps.
  • Use customer insights, market data, and feedback to inform and refine product strategies.
  • Advocate for customer-focused product development, ensuring robust feedback loops and data-driven prioritization in product decisions.
  • Proactively address operational risks that could impact product delivery timelines, quality, or customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to product managers, offering guidance and expertise to improve product success and impact.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader across product and technology teams, guiding key initiatives and facilitating alignment.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure processes and strategies effectively support the organization’s goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation by leading by example and driving customer-centric solutions.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or consulting, with proven leadership in driving impactful work.
  • 8+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably within a technology organization, with a strong preference for digital health delivery experience.
  • Exceptional success in designing and implementing SaaS-based or SaaS like solutions and operationally robust analytics platforms focused on engaging patients/consumers.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and scale processes without direct authority over a team.
  • Expertise in managing cross-functional initiatives, improving workflows, and implementing tools to drive better collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and the ability to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams.
  • Experience with process improvement, operational frameworks, and tools to optimize product outcomes.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value through impactful product strategies and execution.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
