Regional Clinical Nurse Manager
As a Regional Clinical Nurse Manager at Sollis Health, you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis patients in our clinics and have administrative responsibilities overseeing the RNs in your assigned region. You will work to drive Sollis’ Mission and Vision forward creating a patient focused environment in a concierge medical setting treating high-profile members/patients.
40 hours/week working both clinical and admin shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Work 24 hours clinical and 16 hours administratively.
- Provide medical care for Sollis’ patients with the supervision/direction of an attending Physician or Physician Assistant.
- Assess and treat patients which includes obtaining clinical samples, performing point-of-care testing, obtaining blood samples, providing general symptom management and recommendations.
- Perform medical procedures that include obtaining IV access, phlebotomy, administering vaccines, performing POC rapid tests, administering IV medications and fluids, and performing EKGs.
- Document patient information in the electronic health record, Athena and in our CRM Salesforce.
- Collect and analyze data to make improvements for clinical and patient satisfaction outcomes.
- Provide direct oversight of Registered Nurses and the care provided to patients in your region.
- Responsible for maintaining and tracking medication and vaccination inventory as well as general inventory in collaboration with Operations leadership
- Help to develop and implement plans and schedules for minimizing the use of overtime and meeting the targeted budget and productivity goals.
- Accountable for Medbank management including reporting and quality control.
- Partner with the Operations team to order supplies as needed for patient care and the function of the unit.
- Train all newly hired nurses in your region and ensure they are setup for success
- Work with our Medical Directors and Operations Team to develop and implement process improvement plans, related to nursing functions.
- Initiate and participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of quality assurance and performance improvement activities, in collaboration with a Sollis Nursing Leadership Team.
- Develop quarterly schedules and entering schedules into Sollis’ time tracking system
- Participate in the interviewing and hiring of candidates for your region
- Observe, evaluate, coach and mentor nursing staff in your region, holding them accountable to Sollis’ standards for quality medical care and great customer service.
- Ensure standardization of practice through the implementation of current policies and procedures.
- Hold routine staff meetings and huddles focusing on patient care, safety and satisfaction.
- Be available by phone or in-person for unexpected emergent situations or questions that arise from time to time.
- Promote infection control and safety practices.
- Perform related duties as assigned
Experience
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally we would expect that you have:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- Must possess a valid license and current registration, issued by the NY, as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous ED and leadership experience required.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
Range: $151,840- $162,240 per year
This is the range of pay for New York candidates only. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location Furthermore, actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
