Data Analytics Senior Manager
The Data Analytics Senior Manager plays an important role at Sollis Health by creating analytical tools that support data driven decision making and performance visibility throughout the company. This is a high impact role that will put you in a position to partner cross-functionally across Finance, Sales, Medical, and Operations functions. Sollis requires a strategic thinker with a knack for story-telling through data.
Sollis is unlike any other healthcare provider in the market, infusing an emergency medical setting with hospitality through a membership based model – understanding the true drivers of patient satisfaction and health outcomes will be key to the success of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of our business intelligence and reporting platforms and develop new reporting and analysis.
- Partner across our team to champion data usage and educate team members on how to best leverage insights to drive decision-making,
- Investigate the structure and production of data across systems and coach the company towards habits that enable strong data collection.
- Oversee the development of data models, statistical analyses, and visualizations to provide insights into business performance and trends.
- Author the company’s data dictionary and establish frameworks to help leaders understand the structure of the company’s data.
- Dive deep on operations and data to uncover insights that can support our clinicians as they look to deliver positive healthcare outcomes and excellent service.
- Evaluate consumer behavior to support membership growth and retention efforts.
- Support the annual budgeting process by performing analytics on membership and utilization trends.
- Performs related duties as requested.
Experience We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:
- 3-5 years in a data analytics role; ideally with a fast-growing subscription based or multi-unit/retail business.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools, such as, PowerBI, Tableau or Looker.
- Experience leveraging data from Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to present complex data in a simple manner.
- Detail oriented mindset
- Effective organizational skills and ability to self-direct projects and workplans.
- Problem solving approach that looks to identify company gaps and take ownership of processes.
- Comfort in a fast-paced start up environment
Compensation
Range: $100,000-$140,000 per year
This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in New York. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
