Manager, Product Strategy and Analytics
Sollis Health is building a category-defining healthcare brand—and we’re hiring a Manager of Product Strategy & Analytics to help lead that effort.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with ownership of our product strategy and roadmap. You’ll define what we offer, how we package it, and how we bring it to market—driving decisions that sit at the center of our growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll also serve as a thought partner on key initiatives, bringing analytical rigor, operational follow-through, and a sharp strategic point of view.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic scope and definition of Sollis’s service offerings
- Lead positioning, packaging, and messaging of current products—running structured tests to optimize effectiveness in market
- Build and maintain a product roadmap of opportunities to serve new and existing members’ needs
- Design and operationalize new services and pilots; partner cross-functionally to bring them to market, assess impact, and scale
- Analyze key growth and product metrics to inform decision-making and optimize ROI
- Champion new technology use within the Growth org—especially AI-powered tools and workflows
- Work closely with Clinical, Operations, Member Experience, and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment and execution
- Support the Chief Growth Officer on high-priority initiatives and special projects
- Performs related duties, as requested
Experience
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking. Startup or healthcare exposure is a plus, but not required
- Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills—you bring structure to ambiguity and clarity to complexity
- Exceptional problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can build a crisp deck and tell a compelling story
- Operational follow-through—you don’t just build the plan, you help execute it
- Bias for action and comfort in ambiguity; you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Comp & Benefits:
Range: $110,000- $150,000 per year + Bonus
This is the range of pay for New York City candidates only. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of New York. Furthermore, actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
