Market Operations Directors (MOD) are important leaders in our organization. The MOD leads operations associated with a rapidly scaling market P&L and is accountable for all aspects of operational and business performance. Success requires strong leadership, management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The MOD works in close partnership with a Medical Director responsible for ensuring the integrity and performance of SOL's care model and clinician team.

How You Will Have an Impact: 

  • Accountable for capably creating and managing a rapidly scaling team, operation and P&L
  • Lead, in alignment with your Medical Director dyad, a team of mental health clinicians (therapists and psychiatric clinicians), operational leaders and care team members across 10-25 care centers
  • Directly manage a team of 3-9 Managers and, in some cases, Directors
  • Identify, develop and grow new care center locations
  • Work in close partnership with your team to ensure operational excellence. This includes ensuring that our teams are equipped to deliver the highest standards in integrated care and delivering seamless operations that optimize experience for “SOLmates” and patients alike 
  •  Contribute to the development of organization-wide operational standards and the standard application of those standard policies and protocols in your market
  • Manage critical revenue cycle functions, including time of service collections, registration, eligibility and form compliance
  • Actively guide growth and development activities in your market in tight collaboration with your market and central growth team 
  • Coach and develop your team to help them succeed
  • Use data and analytics to drive recommendations and decision-making 
  • Actively build and role model SOL Mental Health’s values and mission-focused culture

Total Cash Compensation: $175,000-$235,000
