HR Business Partner
We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our behavioral health organization with a focus on employee relations and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will work closely with leaders to create an exceptional work experience, address day-to-day HR needs, and ensure our policies and processes effectively support both employees and organizational goals. This role will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR practices align with operational requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address HR needs
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
- Support leaders with organizational design
- Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers
- Contribute general HR expertise to support leaders and the People Team
- Support talent attraction and retention efforts
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and track key performance measures to evaluate People Team effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare provider setting
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
