Practice Manager

We are seeking a Practice Manager who is humble, passionate, enthusiastic, possesses a high degree of integrity, and has a positive attitude to join our special team of clinicians and support experts in Long Island!
As a Practice Manager, you will manage the daily business operations of the practice(s) by developing strong partnership relations with clinicians, leadership, and staff. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the practice(s) with a strong emphasis on revenue growth, employee performance, and development processes. In this role, you will drive the revenue of the practice(s) through schedule utilization, increased patient base, and expense control and analysis. You will be a culture driver in our practices- aligning people with company values.
How you will have an impact:
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and compassionate environment for patients.
- Manage the P&L for the practice(s), including schedule and budget management.
- Deliver consistent KPIs against the practice(s) and market level KPIs (schedule management, billing, and collections of patient financial responsibilities, etc.)
- Monitor the inventory of medication samples and medical equipment.
- Promote Company culture, and work to improve patient and clinician satisfaction.
- Lead clinical-level practice operations meetings and team-building events to promote internal culture and collaboration in care.
- Provide leadership to all administrative personnel and monitor adherence to Company policies.
- Hire and train new clinical and non-clinical staff, coordinate performance reviews and ongoing management in partnership with our clinical and operations leaders.
- Utilize data and reports to identify practice-level operational improvements.
- Improve practice operations and establish best practices.
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience leading a team in a healthcare environment.
- Proven experience collaborating with clinical partners to support clinicians’ performance.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-oriented, with the ability to work in ambiguity.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Possess a deep understanding of company EMR, practice management systems, and other technology enablers.
- Travel across practice offices in Long Island

Salary Range: Up to $110,000 Depending on experience
