We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our DMV market. This position will travel the market to help drive referrals and business. The ideal candidate will have healthcare sales experience preferably in healthcare services, pharmaceutical or medical device sales. Please note, this position will be traveling in market 3 days/week and working remotely from home office or one of our local offices 2 days/week. Candidates need to currently reside in market.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· At least 3 years experience in healthcare business development requiredstrong preference for those who are coming from sales in a healthcare services, pharmaceutical or medical device sales models

· 2+ years of experience building and effectively utilizing CRM software, Salesforce preferred.

· Provable track record resulting in consistent improvement in referrals and business results.

· Nimble business mind with a focus on developing relationships and creative solutions to marketing and business development initiatives.

· Demonstrated comfort with communicating clinical messaging and outcomes to stakeholders.

· Expert networker and relationship builder.

· Ability to travel the DMV market at least 3 days/week (remote office or work out of one of our local offices 2 days/week)

Base salary range: $115,000 - $125,000 plus bonus up to an additional $30,000 - $40,000 annually
