The Role:
This position will own SOL’s patient experience from end to end, including all points of connection throughout the patient journey: intake, the ongoing care experience, patient feedback/reviews, and billing/customer service. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and thrives when leading initiatives that require partnership across multiple stakeholders. Additionally, we are seeking someone with natural curiosity to get to the right answer and drives impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in high-performance strategic, financial, and/or operational environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other high-performance healthcare environments)
- Ability to travel 2-3 times a quarter
- Strong analytical problem solver and structured thinker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven systems-level thinker who can map out processes and dependencies, identify points of leverage, and execute structural and operational change to achieve desired outcomes
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Base salary between $145,000 and $165,000 with additional bonus and equity opportunity
Location: We are prioritizing candidates in either the Denver, NYC or DC/Maryland/Virginia market.
