Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, and retention
- Oversee multi-site operations (8–15 locations), ensuring strong clinical, financial, and patient outcomes
- Partner with clinical and business leaders to drive recruiting, growth, and market expansion
- Use KPIs to guide performance, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage to maximize access and utilization
- Foster a collaborative, accountable culture while ensuring compliance and clear communication
Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
- 5–7 years of healthcare operations experience, ideally multi-site, with a track record of growth and new site openings
- Proven leader with strong communication skills and ability to build, develop, and motivate teams
- Data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action and drive results through effective delegation
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with a strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations
Compensation: Base compensation with total earnings potential up to $150,000 annually, inclusive of bonus.
This position is located in our Colorado market and will only entertain candidates in this market. It will require travel within the larger market.
