- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience improving processes or workflows (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

About the Role
You’ll help keep our leadership team and HQ (“SOL Base”) running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving systems, and making work easier for others.
What You’ll Do
- Support leadership with calendars, scheduling, expenses, and daily logistics
- Manage and improve office operations, including mailroom processes
- Build and streamline systems and workflows for efficiency
- Coordinate meetings, events, and board logistics
- Support cross-functional projects across teams
- Maintain an organized, welcoming office environment
