Marketing Manager

SOL Mental Health  |  Denver, CO
Compensation: $90-100k

ABOUT THE ROLE

SOL Mental Health is looking for the next great Healthcare Marketing leader to help us propel our brand, our story, and our growth!!!

The status quo in mental health care does not consistently deliver the experience and outcomes people deserve. We seek to do things differently, to set a course for the horizon and establish a new bar for excellence in mental health care.

We’re a fast-growing, multi-state outpatient mental health group focused on expanding access to high-quality therapy and psychiatry that’s both clinically rigorous and human. By investing deeply in our clinicians, we help more people get the support they need and deserve.

You’ll play a critical role in that mission. Your marketing, communications, and growth work will be how patients, partners, and future employees discover who we are and what’s possible through better mental health care.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s excited to build alongside us. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our VP of Communications, SVP of Growth, and CEO to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, oversee external partners and vendors, and help build scalable systems and infrastructure that allow a lean team to drive outsized impact for a fast-growing organization.

This is an opportunity to step into meaningful ownership from day one, with a path for career growth. If you’re energized by building, scaling, and doing mission-driven work with a high-performing team, we’d love to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

SEO, AEO & Website Content

  • Develop and oversee SOL’s organic search and local visibility strategy, including keyword strategy, content prioritization, directory management, and performance optimizations across all digital channels.
  • Lead initiatives related to AI-enabled search discoverability and emerging search technologies to strengthen SOL’s digital presence.
  • Manage external SEO partners and agencies, using performance data and business priorities to guide strategy and execution.
  • Oversee and expand website content strategy and optimization efforts to support patient acquisition, referral growth and brand consistency

Sales Enablement for the Business Development Team

  • Develop scalable sales enablement strategies(i.e. marketing playbook) that supports our business development team
  • Partner with our business development leaders to build sales materials for outreach campaigns to support their efforts to establish provider relationships: outreach sequences, leave-behinds, digital assets, event support
  • Build plug-and-play marketing playbooks for new care center openings

Email Marketing — Providers & Patients

  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns to our referral provider network in partnership with regional leaders
  • Develop patient cultivation journeys — nurturing the audience that already loves us and drives word-of-mouth referrals
  • Create standardized process and frameworks, including templates, sequences, and reporting, so campaigns become repeatable, to support scalability

 Organic Social

  • Develop and activate SOL's organic social strategy; creating plans to increase followers and engagement
  • Repurpose existing content across platforms so what we create travels further

AI-Enabled Marketing Operations

  • Use AI tools fluently and practically to accelerate content creation, campaign development, and reporting
  • Help build, maintain, and improve SOL's AI marketing agents
  • Flag where AI is helping and where it isn't; bring ideas for how we use it better

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 90 DAYS

  • Provider email campaigns are running on a consistent cadence with open/click reporting in place.
  • A content calendar exists and is being executed — blog, social, and web updates are no longer ad hoc.
  • BD team has a refreshed toolkit of sales enablement assets they're actively using.
  • The SEO guidance for our firm is established.
  • You know our brand voice, our audiences, and our contractors — and the team is rowing in the same direction.

 WHO YOU ARE

You are a strong writer, sharp editor, and organized executor. You don't need to be told what to do next — you look at the gap and get after it. You're fluent in digital marketing channels and comfortable experimenting with AI tools as part of your daily workflow.

You probably have a background in growth marketing, content, digital marketing, or communications — ideally with some healthcare or health-adjacent experience. You've managed contractors or small teams before. You know how to make content useful, not just plentiful.

You’re a systems thinker who quickly gets to the root of the issues and who loves solving problems. You get incredibly jazzed seeing something you create have sustainable impact and are quick to celebrate your peers when they do the same.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, content, digital, or communications — with clear examples of execution and strategy
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; strong instincts for brand voice, clarity, and audience
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms
  • Working knowledge of SEO — you understand keywords, on-page optimization, and content strategy
  • Experience managing organic social accounts across at least two platforms
  • Demonstrated comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in a professional setting
  • Strong project management skills; you can juggle multiple workstreams to completion
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with growth, operations, clinical, and leadership stakeholders
  • Experience managing contractors, agencies, or direct reports, including oversight of deliverables

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
