Compensation & Benefits

What You Bring
- Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Colorado
- Active DEA license in Colorado
- Active NPI number
- Experience in direct clinical care
- 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
- Prior clinical leadership or supervision experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Strong performance management and data-driven mindset
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as the clinical and operational lead for psychiatric providers in your market. This hybrid role includes ~10–16 hours/week of patient care, with the remainder focused on leading, coaching, and developing PMHNPs and PAs.
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care (in-person + telehealth)
- Supervise and coach psychiatric clinicians
- Drive performance (quality, utilization, patient outcomes)
- Lead onboarding, chart reviews, and performance management
- Partner with therapy leadership to support integrated care
- Implement clinical standards, workflows, and best practices
