
Recruiter (Contract)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. As a member of our talent acquisition function, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical and non-technical talent to support our ambitious growth plans. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, with a focus on building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This will be a 6-month contract with the potential to extend or convert to full-time depending on company need and employee performance.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles globally.
- Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, online job boards, and networking.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and technical assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Data & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to the team.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Sonatus's reputation as an employer of choice in the automotive technology industry.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS).
- Maintain compliance with all applicable recruiting laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in both technical and non-technical recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience hiring roles outside of the US.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
- Experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work from our Sunnyvale HQ 3 days a week
The posted salary range is a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate of what Sonatus ("Company") could reasonably expect to pay for this position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs. The Company reserves the right to modify this range in the future, as needed, as market conditions change.

$45 - $65 USD
