The Opportunity:

We are in an accelerated growth phase and seeking a highly motivated, accomplished, and driven Staff Developer, Systems & Cloud Test Framework to join our expanding team. As part of a collaborative cross-functional team responsible for the entire software development life cycle, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and products, contributing from conception to deployment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QA and development to define comprehensive test framework strategies.
• Directly responsible for the QA development artifacts (e.g., test code repository) and demonstrating/maintaining best practices for the team 
• Owner of the technical QA test framework roadmap and working with their manager to ensure that the roadmap aligns with the business/product needs and goals
• Track test framework activities, including schedule, resources, requirements, defects, and resolution for clear alignment across key stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement in the test framework coverage methodology and provide valuable suggestions.
• Provide Quality Assurance for the test framework developed on private and public Cloud Infrastructure.
• Design and develop a QA Test Framework for integration, regression, stress tests, and test suites, focusing on automation.
• Possess excellent embedded systems testing knowledge as well as good Web/UI testing knowledge, utilizing tools similar to Playwright expertise.
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and build automation tools to validate scalability across Cloud Services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of embedded software experience across data center, networking, security, cloud, or automotive domains.
• Expert in test framework design, automation, and QA methodologies.
• Strong programming skills: Python (recent), plus C++, Java, JavaScript, Go, or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems and test automation tools (PyTest, Behave, Playwright, Postman, etc.).
• Proficient with Linux, shell scripting, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of embedded / automotive SDLC and Cloud platforms
• Familiar with databases (SQL/NoSQL), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, JIRA), and client-server architectures.
• Passionate about software quality, automation, and scalable testing solutions.
