What does success look like?

In your first year, you’ll be a key driver of SonderMind’s strategy to use AI and data to deliver more personalized, effective mental health care. Success in this role will look like:
  • Leading key decisions on whether to build proprietary models or leverage large language models (LLMs), with clear frameworks that balance innovation, performance, and compliance.
  • Delivering AI-powered personalization that adjusts care recommendations based on client acuity, driving better engagement and outcomes.
  • Defining and implementing data-driven outcome measurement frameworks, enabling us to track and improve the effectiveness of care at scale.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with clinical, product, and business leaders to ensure applied science work solves high-priority, real-world problems.
  • Launching AI initiatives with measurable business impact—such as reducing provider administrative burden, improving client-provider matching, or accelerating care onboarding.
  • Establishing technical excellence by building reliable, secure, and scalable data and AI systems that meet the needs of a growing healthcare organization.
  • Driving adoption and trust in AI tools among clients and providers through intuitive integration, strong performance, and transparent communication.
You’ll be measured not just on innovation, but on the clarity, usability, and impact of the solutions you and your team deliver.

Who You Are

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
