- Translate strategic direction and technical SEO insights into actionable project plans and tickets.
- Oversee and prioritize initiatives across content development, technical SEO, internal linking, and CRO.
- Partner with content, product, and engineering teams to align timelines, secure sprint inclusion, and drive execution.
- Manage external partners, ensuring deliverables are met and performance goals are tracked.

- Guide SEO-focused content creation, including directories, service pages, and FAQs.
- Direct indexation strategy for deeper site pages and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Collaborate on CRO and page experience enhancements, including CTAs, schema, metadata, and on-page elements.
- Identify and feed SEO opportunities into broader site testing and experimentation.
- Own SEO reporting and analytics, interpreting trends to inform channel and organizational strategy.
What does success look like?
- Within 3–6 months, you’ll have designed and launched a prioritized SEO roadmap aligned with SonderMind’s growth goals.
- You’ll improve upon existing reporting and measurement frameworks that track visibility, traffic quality, and engagement.
- Success will include early wins in AI/GEO-driven search optimization while improving organic visibility in core mental health categories.
- Long-term, you’ll further propel SonderMind’s SEO program, positioning this high-performing growth engine to adapt to industry shifts and remain aligned with how people discover care.
