About the Role

We are seeking a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to help execute and scale SonderMind’s B2B growth engine across health systems, payors, Veterans Affairs (VA), and enterprise referral partners. This role plays a critical part in how SonderMind shows up to partners through clear messaging, thoughtful campaigns, and consistent execution that supports both pipeline growth and referral activation.

Reporting to the B2B Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll own the execution and optimization of full-funnel B2B marketing programs, working closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Partnerships, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product Marketing. You’ll bring strategy to life by running campaigns, developing enablement, and improving how referrals move from first touch to care.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a strong B2B marketer who values ownership, precision, and measurable impact. The ideal candidate brings a growth mindset, attention to detail, and a bias for action—building repeatable processes, learning from data, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to help scale SonderMind’s B2B business and expand access to mental health care.

What you’ll do

This role requires a strong executor who can balance day-to-day campaign management with thoughtful collaboration across teams. You’ll be successful here if you enjoy building, testing, and refining programs that support real business outcomes.

B2B Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Execute full-funnel B2B marketing programs that drive qualified leads, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement across health systems, payors, Veterans Affairs (VA), and enterprise partners.
  • Deliver multi-channel programs across email, paid media, webinars, events, and nurture, with accountability for launch quality, performance, and follow-through.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce, supporting clean handoffs to Sales and visibility into MQLs, pipeline influence, and conversion rates.
  • Use performance insights to refine messaging, targeting, and channel mix, improving campaign ROI and funnel efficiency over time.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support

  • Support 1:1 and 1:few ABM initiatives for high-priority accounts by contributing to account-specific messaging, content, and coordinated outreach.
  • Help track engagement and surface insights that inform future personalization and targeting.

Referral Activation & Funnel Optimization (B2B2C)

  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing and enterprise teams to support referral-to-care conversion.
  • Monitor the referral journey, identify friction points, and help implement data-informed improvements that increase activation and yield.
  • Support testing and iteration across referral touchpoints to reduce drop-off and improve outcomes.

Sales Enablement & Partner Content

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement and partner-facing materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, nurture templates, and thought leadership.
  • Adapt content to support different partner audiences and moments in the funnel.
  • Ensure materials are easy to use, up to date, and aligned with SonderMind’s positioning and value proposition.

Events & Conferences

  • Manage calendar and execution of industry conferences, webinars, roundtables, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate lead capture, post-event follow-up, and performance reporting to ensure events contribute to pipeline and partner engagement.

What does success look like?

Success in this role is measured by consistent, high-quality execution that translates into meaningful business impact and strong cross-functional partnership.

As you ramp up, success looks like:

  • You are executing B2B marketing programs reliably and on time in partnership with the B2B Growth Marketing Lead.
  • Campaign performance is clearly tracked in HubSpot and Salesforce, with visibility into MQLs, pipeline contribution, and referral engagement.
  • You build strong working relationships with Sales, Partnerships, and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Sales and partnership teams actively use the enablement and partner-facing content you support.

With continued success, you:

  • Consistently contribute to B2B pipeline growth across health systems, payors, Veterans Affairs (VA), and enterprise partners, measured through MQLs, SQLs, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Improve referral-to-care conversion through ongoing optimization and collaboration, reflected in referral engagement and activation metrics.
  • Use data to prioritize effectively and refine campaigns over time, improving conversion rates, ROI, and funnel efficiency.
  • Strengthen SonderMind’s position as a trusted, high-quality mental health partner through clear messaging, thoughtful campaigns, and effective partner-facing content.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B or demand generation marketing within healthcare, digital health, consulting, or another high-growth environment, with a track record of driving lead and pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing channels, including paid media, email, SEO, ABM, and content marketing.
  • Clear bias for action and ownership, with the ability to move from plan to execution and deliver results.
  • Comfortable balancing higher-level planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with experience testing ideas, iterating quickly, and using performance metrics to optimize outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills and experience driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot and Looker.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and motivated by impact, with a willingness to challenge assumptions and improve how work gets done.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
